Service Description
In this session, students build on their coding skills using Scratch as they design and develop their own interactive projects. Through hands-on, project-based learning, students explore key computer science concepts such as events, loops, conditionals, variables, and debugging while creating games, animations, and interactive stories. Students are guided through core concepts and challenges, then encouraged to take ownership of their projects—adding features, solving problems, and bringing their own ideas to life. Whether they are new to Scratch or have prior experience, students are supported at their level and challenged to grow. Throughout the session, students develop not only technical skills, but also creativity, perseverance, and confidence as they test, refine, and improve their work. Each class includes opportunities for students to share their projects, and the program culminates in a final showcase, where students present their creations and celebrate their learning. No experience necessary—just curiosity! What Parents Will Notice: * Increased confidence using technology to create (not just consume) * Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills * Persistence through challenges and debugging * =Pride in designing and sharing original projects ✨ Project-based, hands-on learning ✨ Differentiated instruction for all experience levels ✨ Encourages creativity, independence, and growth mindset ✨ Final showcase to celebrate student work
