Kai Coders celebrated the start of Computer Science Education Week with a burst of excitement, community connection, and one very lucky school! Last month, our team was honored to exhibit at the Delaware PTA Conference, where local PTA leaders from across the state had a chance to learn about our programs—and enter a special giveaway for their schools.

As part of the event, we offered PTA leaders the opportunity to win a free Kai Coders experience at their school’s STEM Night, where our team would bring two fully staffed, hands-on coding stations designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and family engagement.

After a lively spin of our prize wheel, we are thrilled to announce that the winner is:

This will be our first partnership with Downes Elementary, and we could not be more excited to meet their students, teachers, families, and PTA leadership. As part of their prize, Kai Coders will join their upcoming STEM Night to run two interactive coding stations—complete with our coaches, devices, and all materials—to deliver an unforgettable experience full of discovery, problem-solving, and fun.

This hands-on approach is core to who we are. At Kai Coders, we believe computer science comes alive when students can explore, build, experiment, and ask big questions. STEM Nights are one of our favorite ways to bring families together around learning in a joyful, welcoming environment.
